The Organizing Board for the 4th national scientific conference on HIV/AIDS control had a meeting on April 19th, 2010 and came to agreement that the conference is going to be organized on 28 – 30 November, 2010 instead of on 24 – 26 November, 2010. Other contents have no any changes, just like the document No 157/AIDS-K2QT on February 10th, 2010.
To master quantities of delegates participating in the conference and number & content of reports sent to the conference, the Organizing Board recommends units registering their delegates and submitting their abstracts in details as follows:
1. Delegates participating in the conference
1.1. Including
- Groups and individuals among HIV/AIDS prevention and control system at from central to local levels.
- Organizations and individuals at domestic and abroad paying attention to HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Vietnam.
- Delegates participating in the conference with reports.
1.2. Delegate registration for participation: as attached form
2. Abstract
2.1. Scope of reports sent to the conference including:
- Country reports are research agenda reports which have been assessed and recognized at grass –root level onwards since 2005.
- International reports are reports which have been selected and reported at the international conference.
2.2. Report Presentation
2.2.1. Reports sent to the Conference to be typed and written in either Vietnamese or English. Each report is not over 7 pages of A4 paper size and sent to the Organizing Board in the form of documents and soft disc
2.2.2. Font type: Times New Roman (Unicode), size 14 and line spacing 1.5 2.2.3. References: Fewer than 10 reference materials and arranged in the form of Vietnamese materials first and foreign ones later. It is essential to be included: author names (arranged just like alphabetical letters), year of publication, book title, subject, journals and pages etc
