Collecting opinions about changing report forms of HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities

In order to develop records for lines and edit report forms of HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities published enclosing the Decision No. 26/2006/QĐ – BYT dated Saptember 06, 2006 by the minister of Health on report regulation and forms of HIV/AIDS prevention cand control activities after checking and assessing status of HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities’s reports in 7 provinces with three lines (Commune, district, province) and getting opinions from institutes, and related international organizations, Vietnam Administration of HIV/AIDS control presents to following units:
